    Ath. A: 500m row or ski or assault 300
    Ath B:  Hang power Clean L2: rx 55/35 ,rx plus:70/45, L1:30-40/10-25
    Then change
    Count how many h sqt cleans you did as a team in 12 min
    Immediately followed by
    12min Amrap
    Ath a.: run 400m
    Ath b : wall ball
    Change every 400m run
    Count how many wall ball you did as a team in 12 min
    Immediately followed by
    12min Amrap
    Ath.a: 30″ plank hold + 30″ left side plank + 30″right side plank+10 down ups(no push ups no jump)
    Ath b : Overhead squats
    Change every 30″ plank hold + 30″ left side plank + 30″right side plank+10 down ups(no push ups no jump)
    count how many Overhead squat you did as a team in 12min
