    Strength – 15min
    Every 1:30 x 10 sets
    2 clean n jerks
    *increase load every 2 set ,if technique is consistent

    5min transition time

    Metcon – 12min
    amrap in 12min
    9 deadlift rx plus:100k/70kg , rx:80/50-60kg
    12 kb snatches each arm
    15 ring dips , use assistance bands

    LEVEL 1
    Strength – 15min
    Every 1:30 x 10 sets
    4-6 strict pullups
    if efficient enough do more reps

    5min transition time

    Metcon -12min
    amrap in 12min
    9 deadlift 45-70/25-40kg
    12 box jumps
    15 push ups
