    Part a – 17min

    0-1:Row or jump rope or park run(count nothing)

    1-2:Wall ball

    2-3:Sdlhp 35/25kg

    3-4:Push press

    4-5:Box jumps

    5min transition time

    Part b-10min

    0-5min : 10kcal row or park run/10 thrusters @empty barbell/L2:10c2b or 7 c2b or L1:8pullups or 6pullups

    5-10min :35du or 20 or 12 or 7. if you are an intro or level 1 athlete and had never done a double under,then do 75single unders.Otherwise try to do those 7du.

    8 burpees / 10kb swings
