    STRENTGH – Active rest day

    LEVEL 2+LEVEL 1

    20min Mobility+Foam rolling

    10min board briefing + transition time

    LEVEL 2

    Every 2min x 3 rounds – 24min

    0-2min : 6 Power Clean n Jerks ,touch n go @moderate load

    2-4min : 8 Bench Press @moderate load

    4-6min : 10 double kb deadlifts

    6-8min : 12 double kb swings

    LEVEL 1

    Every 2min x 3 rounds – 24min

    0-2min : 6 Strict Pullups

    2-4min : 8 Strict Dips

    4-6min : 10 mb front rack step lunges on a box -10 reps for each leg

    6-8min : 12 mb power clean or work with the coach on perfect execution of the mvmnt.
