    Then for 5min,

    -Do some stretching/foam rolling,

    -Mind preparation and focus to  get into the test , ready to give all you ve got!

    Level 2 & level 1

    Test 2

    4 rounds for total reps

    1min each station

    Row (kcals)

    Burpees

    Box jump overs

    L2:park , run L1:100m run -count nothing

    Rest

    Assistant work if you finish your test and you can breath(which you shouldn’t)

    3-5 rounds for quality of

    10 Kb snatch L1:Kb swings,  each arm

    7/4 strict pullups

    12 Kb thrusters each arm
