    As many rounds and reps as possible

    in 20min of:

    400m run together

    20 synchronised mb situps ,perform the movement facing each other.One athlete holds the mb, at the finishing position he throughs the mb to the other.(10 reps each athlete perform while holding the mb ,+ 10 reps regular sit ups)

    10 moderate load deadlifts for each athlete L2 rx+ : 100/75 , rx:80/60  L1:30-60/20-35
