    Test Week (We repeat the same training week as a protocol to evaluate reliable results on the changes and progress)

    Day 1

    10min mobility

    10min transition time and specific warm up with the coach

    LEVEL 2

    20min to establish 1rm of Snatch

    15min to establish 1rm of Clean n Jerk

    LEVEL 1

    20min to establish max unbroken kipping pull-ups and max unbroken dips*

    *if you use band assistance,dont miss to write it down with your overall score.

    immediately followed by:

    15min to establish 3rm of Back Squat
