    Level 2

    Part a – 20min

    Every 2min x 10

    odd: 4 strict press + 5 push press + 6 push jerks rx+ : 60/40 rx:30-50/25-35kg

    even: 4 one arm kb swings + 5kb cleans + 6 kb snatches ,repeat the complex with both arms in the 2min cap  ,use heavy load

    5min transition time

    Part b – 10min

    As many rounds as possible in 10min

    30/25 squat

    17 / 15 box jumps

    10/9 deadlifts rx+100/70 , rx:75/50

    Level 1

    Part a – 20min

    Every 2min x 10

    odd: 17/15 squat + 12/10 box jumps

    even: 7 deadlifts , increase load by feel

    5min transition time

    Part b – 10min

    As many rounds as possible in 10min

    5 Burpees

    7 Push Presses 20-30/15-25

    9 Kb Swings
